The Welsh Squad and Squad Training
The Welsh Squad is made up of Taekwondo practitioners of all ages who compete for Wales in competitions that include the European and World Championships.
Squad training is OPEN to anyone from Green belt (6th Kup) and from the age of 10 years.
Training dates and time are published on the ITF Wales facebook group, also published on the calender located in Events.
